Honestly, I can't see how uninstalling PC Anywhere has a factor here. To
diagnose this is rather extermely difficult to ascertain with the info you
provided. We will need much more info to help out.
Just an FYI, to logon and authenticate to a domain, (among other functions),
DNS is used to initially find a domain controller. If no one can logon, the
classic cause of this problem, and hence the reason for my intial *guess*,
is that DNS is either misconfigured or you are using an ISP's DNS address in
your client and DC's IP properties. An ISP's DNS doesn't know where your
domain controllers are. This is a classic issue. Use only your internal DNS
server(s).
A multihomed domain controller/DNS server can cause the same thing if not
configured properly.
