Domain Rights

Hi everyone,
I have a set of users I need to give them power user rights on any computer
they logon in the domain.
Since power user right is not available in AD, I created a group and assign
permission from the Domain security policy equivalent to power user rights
but that didnt work.
I do not want to do that locally from each computer but centrally fom the
DC.
Any ideas or articles explaining this.
