domain profile problem

Hi,

I have a user who logs onto a win2k pro machine with a
Win2k domain account. After a day or two when he logs on
his domain profile moves his profile to a local profile
and creates a new domain profile. He has two profiles on
the machine. Local profile is joe and domain profile is
joe.domain. How can I keep his domain profile from
reseting and from copying all the domain profile info to
his local profile. This has happened twice in the last 3
days. Please help.

Maybe he has a local account that has the same name/password as his domain
account. Check to see if that is the case and if so remove his local account so that
he can only log onto the domain. -- Steve
