Domain Migration Questions

All:

I have a Windows 2000 active directory domain that spans
multiple sites. I want to start a new Windows 2003 AD
domain and migrated all the users, groups, OUs and group
policies to the new domain. Is this possible? Also I
would like to avoid having to rejoin my workstations from
the old domain to the new one manually. Is there any way
to automate the process of switching the computers from
one domain to the other?

Not sure why you want to create a new domain and migrate the objects for the
2000 domain unless you have some prexisting problem. ADMT will migrate
users and computers to the new domain. I am not sure about GP.

You need to look into using ADMT to accomplish this - it will migrate
the
users,groups, machine accounts, profiles, etc and is exactly what
you're looking for.
