Domain issues

I have had several computers in different domains and networks that have
seemed to unjoin the domain.
When the user logs on the recieve an error message stating that the domain
is unavailable.
The only solution I have found so far is to unjoin the computer from the
domain and then rejoin it. Once that is done the user is able to log in
normally.
There are no licensing issues I have scanned each machine involved and have
found no viruses or spyware.
Has anyone run into this issue?
Any suggestions on a resolution?

I would check the DNS settings first. Can you ping the DC by name?
