Domain is on browser list, but does not exist.

A few months ago, I noticed a partial domain name hit my
master browsers list. It follows the same domain
structure I have but it's been concatintated. When
searcing for the computer, I dont come up with anything.
Computer cannot be found or connected to. So I have
cleared andd refreshed my master browsers list and for
some reaason I cannot get the non-existant domain to go
away. Can anyone help?

using wins or dns? probably wins - need to tombstone the entry from wins
