Doing a DSUM for specific creteria

I am having difficulties with DSUM. I thought DSUM would match the criteria
exactly however the results prove me it isn't. For example:
Unit QTY
EU51STRAL 1
EU51STRAL6 3
EU51STRAL10 4
If I do a DSUM for EU51STRAL it gives me a result of 8 when it should be
giving me 1. Help!

In the criteria area, instead of: EU51STRAL
enter: ="=EU51STRAL"
