Doesn't Vista Enterprise support MUI-packs? How???

At our work we have Vista Enterprise installed... we also need to run both
English and French (and perhaps other languages) on our environment.

We purchased Vista Enterprise because it said it could support the language
packs... I don't see it anywhere.

My home system I purchased Vista Ultimate, and I can see the language packs
as "Optional Updates" when I click on 'Update Windows'. However, at work
nothing is showing up.

Any tips or recommendations?

You need to download the language packs from the Microsoft Licensing site
(licensing.microsft.com) for use with Windows Vista Enterprise. Whoever
manages your microsoft account should be able to do this. If not contact
you Microsoft Account representative.

Then you will use LPKSetup to install them by pointing to the CAB.
