% Doesn't Display Correctly

Hello,

This may be an easy fix, but I'm having trouble. I have a cell where
I want to input a percentage. I have the cell formatted for
percentage, so when I enter "15," the cell displays it as 15%. Then
if I enter "20," the cell displays 200% instead of 20%. Also, if I
enter ".5", the cell displays it the same as if I entered "50" and I
get 50% instead of 0.5%. Any suggestions?

Try entereing 0.5, instead of just .5
