Does XP have any kind of basic macro making facility in it at all?

Hi,

I'm using my XP for alot of data entry and emailing and general business use
and I am trying to learn how to use basic level
macro making to help me with my data processing tasks.

Does anybody know if there is any facility in xp for general basic macro
making that would suit a beginner? Or alternatively does anybody know a good
basic level macro making program they could recommend?
