Does word ofer "Excel like" workbook / worksheets?

One thing I really like about Excel is that you can have multiple
worksheets and switch between them using the tabs at the bottom
of the window.

It would be very helpful if Word had the same feature. I'm guessing
the answer is just "no" but I figured I'd ask.

Thanks,
Gary

Hi

"No" :)

a document is made up of one or more pages ... you can use the F5 key to
move to a specific page (or the double black arrows on the bottom of the
vertical scroll bar will step you through one page at a time).

you can also insert bookmarks so that you can get to particular bits of the
document easier (insert / bookmark) and to get there use F5, choose bookmark
and then choose your bookmark.

Cheers

Thanks everyone for the suggestions.

Don, I've downloaded WordToys and am trying it. So far I've got mixed
feelings. It does add some cool funtionality and is *almost* exactly
what I wanted.

Again, thanks.

Why not try WordToys (www.wordtoys.com). It has exactly
what you're looking for.

Well, Don, thanks for the idea but I've decided I really hate that utility.

It adds too many icons and colors and crap to my word experience. It
distracts me
from the document I'm working on. Too flashy, too many colors, too many
buttons.

ALSO, I had custom moved, arranged, and selected my MS-Word buttons
and now that's all gone.

But, thanks anyway.
