So Outlook will only download the inbox folder? What if I had another folder
say,"Sent1", would outlook download that from yahoo?

No. A POP client can access only the Inbox of the POP server. If you want
other folders on Yahoo to have their contents downloadde to Outlook, then
you'll have to move those contents to the Inbox so Outlook can see it. Once
it has been downloaded, you can move it to another folder in Outlook.
