Does Outlook 2007 allow tagging like in GMail?

I like the tagging-feature in Google Mail a lot. Especially the
automated tagging-possibilities are favorable. Does Outlook 2007 have
similar features?

Id n't know the tagging features in Google Mail but Outlook supports the
usage of categories for a decade already.
