Does Outlook 2002 support advanced filter views?

I have installed SP3 for Outlook 2002 and the program is still not letting me
view an advanced filter. Any solutions?
 
In the "View Summary Dialog Box" I click on "Filter" and then on the
"Advanced" tab. There, I can select a field and apply a value to that field
ie: empty, not empty, etc. In Outlook 2002 these "advanced filters" are not
working and the Microsoft Outlook knowledge base said that the service pack 3
would fix this problem but it has not. Any suggestions?
