Does Not Scan Cookies

When i do a scan it stops before it scans the cookies
also when i clean the history traces in internet explorer
it leaves the folders for each day but it does delete the
contents. Also how can i get it to clean traces for other
users on the comp, do i have to install it under each
profile

This build does not scan cookies--so that's a known issue.

I've seen other queries about multi-user environments, and I don't know that
answer. I don't think it needs to be installed separately, but it may need
to have a scan run under each user--not at all sure.
