does not maximize on open

Hi
Hope someone can help. I've noticed that sometime when I
open Excel, it does not maximize on screen.I have to
click it again in task bar to maximize it.I'm not sure if
this is a Windows problem or Excel.

Excel is designed to re-open in the same window state as it closed. I've
never noticed a problem with this.
