Does not equal Join (access 2003)

I have 2 tables with data that includes "Part Numbers" in both.

I want to create a Query to list all of the data in the first table, but not
for the "Part Numbers" that are in the second table.

How do I create/format the "Join" for does not equal the "Part Numbers" from
the second table?

Thanks

Start the query wizard, select "unmatched".
