These are both purchasing questions:

1. Does MS offer special pricing for disabled people?

2. If no to the first question-As a former business owner (MS Partner and
developer) I have a copy of "Office 97 Professional Edition" (won it in a
contest (it was free)). Can I use it to upgrade to "Office 2003 Standard
Edition?"

this is an unmonitored peer-to-peer user forum that answers questions about
MS Access relational database software. suggest, rather than posting to any
user forum, you contact Microsoft's Sales and/or Customer Service department
for information and assistance.
