Will the redirection observe the DTR handshaking?
In general, will MODE.COM redirection of a parallel to a serial port observe
the handshaking parameters selected? Will delivery of characters to the serial
port be stopped when the device attached to the COM port signals it is
temporarily not ready to accept more characters?
We are seeing cases with Windows XP where the answer is no, and garbage
characters are printed.
