Hi,

I used to connect ADSL+2 (broadband) connection to connect to my
ISP. They have provided me UserID and Pwd to connect it as we did DUN
(dailup networking). Broadband modem is SmartAX MT841
sterlite.

Now I have 2 broadband accounts one is registered with one phone
number and other is registered with other phone no. Till June i was
able to access both account from 1 phone connection. But recently i
was unable to connect 1 id which has not registered with the phone
number which i'm accessing now..
Its displaying Invalid Username/Password on the domain message.

I asked one of my friends and he told me , the company has barred
multiple broadband accounts on single phone and they may be using
CLI( caller line identification). Thats why I' m unable to connect.

Is there any possibility to connect and use my both accounts, from 1
pc ?
Do I need to any extra software (Any proxy) or hardware(hubs ...) to
my present system.?

Hence the two accounts are belonged to me, I used to check the
internet usage from my pc , both accounts are displaying my internet
usage without any error.I getting info through internet when i access
the www.dataone.in site.

Thank you in anticipation
Have a nice day.

Hi
Since it is an issue involved accounts you should call the ISP and check it
with them.
Jack (MVP-Networking).
