does frontpage 2000 work with windows XP with office 2003

I loaded frontpage 2000 on a PC with windows XP and office 2003. When I try
to uninstall it, I removed all the registry enteries but when I tried to
delete the MICROSOFT FRONTPAGE folder under PROGRAM FILES, it tells me that
Access is denied, the disk is write protected and/or in use, what do I do to
rid the program completely off the PC?
 
You can not delete that folder, as it was not created by your installation of FP, it was installed
by Windows, and is needed by Windows.
