Is it that you have reason to doubt what it says at the bottom?

"Microsoft has confirmed that this is a bug in the Microsoft products that
are listed at the beginning of this article. This bug was corrected in
ASP.NET (included with the .NET Framework) 1.1. "

It didn't work for me. I have both VS.NET versions installed and after
installing the second version, VS 2003 I still had the problem. I had to
modify my machine.config file.
