Does Anyone Know the Default Settings For System Services for XP M

Can Somebody Help me out, I've been trying to locate the Default Settings for
the System Services in Microsoft Management Console (MMC). My system just
started to act very unstable, after narrowing down all posible answers I
decided to check the System Services and found out that more than half of
them had strangely been disabled???? I set the majority of them to Automatic
Startup. Can someone help me out! I appreciate anyones feedback.

They are also listed in the help file for the services applet... a source of
information which for some reason many people think of as a last resort :-)
