I have a lot of Clarisworks and Appleworks files that I would like to be able
to open in Word 2002. Please help. Thanks.

The easiest way is go back to Appleworks and save as RTF (Rich Text Format),
assuming they are all text files.

If you no longer have access to AppleWorks (on your computer, on a friend's
computer, anywhere), I don't think there is much you can do other than use
File|Open in Word 2002 with "Recover Text From Any File" set.

WinWord does not include an AppleWorks converter. I think MacWord does, if
you have a Mac or access to one, but that's also version-dependent.

Thanks.
