Hi, thanks for the response, but when I click on the transmittal letter
template in your link it goes to an uinknown page. Can you help me get there
in another way, or another site.

Not sure why it wouldn't work as I opened several on the site and downloaded
them to view. Anyway here is a temp link to one I hope will be appropriate
