Does anyone have a template for organizing scientific journals?

I need a template to organize a collection of scientific journals, i will be
using Access 2003 and i need to be able to insert the journal's date, volume,
number, and key words. if anyone has a template like this or similar to this
i would greatly appreciate it.

You may want to consider spending a few dollars on one of the commercial
reference-manager programs such as EndNote or (if it's still around) Papyrus.
You could spend many months in Access getting a working system with just a
fraction of EndNote's capabilities.
