Does anyone have a good customer service template for Access ?

Using MS Acess 2000

I need a good customer service template for Access for tracking customer
call ins, status and discussion of the call, follow up etc. This is for a
furniture manufacturing company that needs to track problems with furniture
retailers and end users for the sake of tracking cost of quality, problem
customers, problem products etc.

Why won't the "Service Call Management" template that comes with Access
work?

I need something with more options like typed notes per call, multple
incidents per customer, tracking of product etc.

Seems to me you would take that template and modify it to meet your needs.
No one will have a pre-written product that meets your needs exactly. That
is the whole point of using Access - you can make it do exactly what you
want.
