Does a MS page detailing non-WU or MU patches (read: customer specific) exist?

Occasionally, MS puts out patches that fix very specific customer
problems that are only available by calling or requesting via e-mail.
When these new issues arise, let's say for XP SP2, is there a central
MS web page that details the latest and greatest (or even the
existing) KB articles for these types of "customer specific" fixes? I
know that Knowledge Base is where they're actually detailed, but other
than the KB, does a page like this exist? Just curious.

Gerry,

Thanks for this. I am looking for a specific page which details new
hotfixes for new issues. For example, where would a person go to find
out what were the latest hotfixes. Searching the KB doesn't always
tell you about new patches that come out that might be fixing a
specific issue you may have. Not all customer specific fixes are
prefaced with "hotfix" or order chronologically.

For example, KB943198 just came out recently. I could have used this
fix a long time ago but how would I have ever know about it?

Thanks much!

AFAIK, there is no Hotfix page that is all inclusive.
One can use the 'Search the Support Knowledge Base (KB)' page, set the
'Search Product' to Windows XP, and then enter 'kbfix' in the For: field.
This will list the Hotfixes issued for XP but not in any particular order.
