Hi,

I accidentally made the 'Documents and Settings' folder private so I now
have a folder 'All Users.Windows' and a folder named 'Jo Bloggs.Jo'.
This is described in article 298399 in the knowledge base.

I wasnt too bothered, but now I *think* it has stopped a program from
working properly.

Does anyone have any idea how to revert back to how it was before?

Are you able to just revert based on the instructions in that article? Or do
you get an error?

Hi,

I have tried making the folder 'not private' but it doesnt actually get rid
of the 2 new folders and revert back to the original 2 folders (All Users
and My Name).

Someone suggested copying the files from the 2 duplicated files and then
pasting them into the original 2 and deleting the new folders but I am not
sure whether that would be a good idea.
