Hi,
I need some abstract or documentation that explain shortly the requirements
for the installation of an application. In other words, which are the
baselines for an new created application to run correctly in Windows XP
Professional? Or, the new application must create entries in control Pannel
or in the Registry? Etc.
I already read the Windows logo program but I have not found anything..

You should post this in a developer's newsgroup or look on MSDN instead.
This newsgroup is for general questions about the XP operating system and
while some of the regular helpers are talented programmers and might see
your post and respond, it will be more efficient for you to go to a more
focused source.
