Documentation on MsNdis_80211 classes

I want to use WMI to find out RSSI values of all available (need not be
connected) access points.

I searched MSDN for MsNdis_80211 and got zero results. On google, I got
some information but nothing methodical. On WindowsCE there is some
documentation on NDIS_802_11 classes. I assumed that this is related.
There is no clear and direct documentation that explains complete story
on this.

Can someone help me where I can find proper documentation for getting
RSSI and to get a trigger based on RSSI value change through WMI.
