Document with lines along left side

Lines along left side of document

I created a document from copying bits and pieces from other documents. I am
getting these lines down the left side when I print (can not see on preview)
and can NOT get them off!!! Any suggestions? I tried to mark "final" and see
if that helped but it did not.
 
You need to Accept (or Reject) all of the changes from the Reviewing toolbar,
then turn off Track Changes.
