Every time I open a window or view a video file or a photo, I get an
installer that says its installing document viewer. after going through some
gathering of information, it shows a window that says "The feature you are
trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. Click OK to try
again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation
package 'Document viewer.msi in the box below." I have had this problem
before and can not remember what I did to resolve it. Please help!! Can't get
any work done!
