When word is first opened insteading of getting a
blank "document 1" I get a document with a set of
instruction from mapquest. (anyone know a cure for
teenagers). The same mapquest text appears each time you
open a new document. The text deletes easy enough but
every time a 'blank page' is printed, the mapquest text
appears on the blank page. This is particularly annoying
since every time a "label" is printed in the label tool,
the mapquest text is printed before the lable is printed

Yes, but the course of treatment is expensive and takes several
years...
