Dear friends:

Do you know of an Antivirus that it can work from the XP Recovery
Console?

In the good old days, when you had a Computer that it couldn't load XP
(or Win2k) because a virus, you could boot Ms-DOS from a diskette, and
run any Command style Antivirus from it (SCAN.EXE, for example), and
solve the problem in that way.

But today, Hard disks are formatted in NTFS, so they are not directly
accessible (read-write) from Ms-DOS, computers haven't any diskette
reader, and their keyboard is connected trough an USB port. In that
way, a command like Antivirus to be run from the Recovery Console,
booted from a CD, could be the solution of this problem.

Any hint?

Thanks

1. Keep your drive in fat32
2. Make sure a floppy drive is installed
3. Dont use a USB keyboard
