do the boxes on 1st organisational chart expand width ways

I am using Powerpoint 2003 and can not get the boxes on the first
organisational chart to expand with the print. you can shrink the text but if
it is a largest sset up the text ends up very small.
 
On the organisation toolbar, click on Layut and deselect Autolayout. You can
then resize the box. Hope this helps.
