Do not send invitation

Hi,

I'd like to know if it is possible to have outlook never send an
invitation when an appointment is planned. I'd like to have the
attendees selected by users, but not have any invitations send to the
attendees. It's just for personal use.
I can't use the contacts field, because that field is not used on the
iPaq it should synchronize with.
I know I can use the button 'cancel invitation', but I know for sure
users are going to forget that.
Is there a setting I can use to have outlook never send an invitation?

So, let's recap. You want to set up a meeting, select the attendees, and
then NOT notify anyone that the meeting has been set, NOT put the meeting on
their calendars, and NOT give them a chance to accept or decline, right?

So, why set up a meeting that only you will know about?

ehm... because it is MY agenda ? :)

I did say it was for personal use only. It is because of th
synchronisation with another application that I do not want it to sen
invitations.
As outlook needs to synchronize with a PDA as well, I can't use th
contacts field, because that field is not present on the PDA
