Do not see "Share my Calendar"

I have several users at a remote site that do not have the option "Share my
calendar" on the navigatiion pane in Outlook 2003. They are running MS
Windows XP Pro as the OS, MS Office 2003 Pro as the app, connecting via a
T-1. Some users at this site see the "Share My Calendar" option, some don't.

Has anyone else seen this behavior, and how do I correct it?

Do the user's in question have their mail/calendar/etc stored in an Exchange
Server mailbox as opposed to a PST file?
