Do not know my Administrator paswword - XP

Have been using my own PC on my employer's network, and
have now have moved on. Have forgotten my administrators
password for logging on to my local machine.

How do I solve this problem?

I have put in my password and low and behold i forgot it and i really need to get into my information for school! What should I do I am the only adminastrator account in my computer!
