Do Not Block List

I'm trying to open a page with a pop up window but IE6
tells me that there's something preventing the pop up
window from opening and to add that URL to my Do Not
Block list. Does anyone know where that list is onI IE?

IE does not have a popup stopper. Google toolbar does. Click the Blocked
button on the toolbar.

Hold down the CTRL key to temporarily disable the popup blocker.
