Do I need to change my normaly used e-mail address to get mail ?

To use Outlook Today to get e-mail do I need to change my e-mail address from
what I used in the past ?
 
Outlook today doesn't "get email". Did you get a new email address? If so,
you need to change it in the account settings in Outlook's profile.
