Do I need both Microsoft .NET Framwork 1.1 and 2.0 installed?

Hello

I noticed that I have both 1.1 and 2.0 versions of Microsoft .NET Framework
installed. Do I need both?
Can I uninstall 1.1 and still function with Framework?

You should keep both installed, different packages can use different
versions of the framework.

Yes. Each one is needed for programs written with the respective versions of
..net.
