The glue record is the A record that resolves the domain controller's name
to an IP address.
ipconfig /registerdns registers this record.

To manually add this record open the zone for the AD domain name, right
click, select new host, name it the Domain Controller's host name and give
it the IP address of the domain controller.

i have A record for domain controller name on dns

and something else

then i start dns server i get the follow error:

The DNS server could not signal the service "NAT". The error was 1168. There
may be interoperability problems between the DNS service and this service.

What this suppose to mean?

Are you using NAT or Internet Connection Sharing on this server?
You cannot use Internet Connection sharing with the DNS service or DHCP, you
need to disable ICS and enable NAT in RRAS.
You can use NAT, but you cannot enable DNS resolution in NAT. Disable DNS
resolution in NAT. To disable DNS resolution in NAT, use the RRAS console,
expand the server name, expand IP Routing, right click on Network Address
Translation, choose properties and select the Name Resolution tab, uncheck
the box next to "Clients using Domain Name System (DNS)"

I am use Routing and Remote Access Server only as Remote Access Server
so i suppose i am not use NAT, right?

When i stop Routing and Remote Access Server and restart DNS server i didn;t
get that error 113.

And i can;t expand IP Routing to find Network Address Translation, so i
suppose again i am not using NAT on RRAS

but here my problem is about Glue (A) record (my first post)
I have host (A) record under domain for DC

so what esle can i do?

You wouldn't get this error unless you have NAT with the DNS proxy enabled.

I suppose you should disable RRAS and re-configure it because you would get
the error unless something has port 53 UDP tied up. This usually points to
ICS enabled or NAT with the DNS proxy enabled.
