DNS Troubles with VPN

Hello,
I have a remote office that connects to our network via a
VPN. I need to move them to a new VPN server.
The current VPN server is W2K, the new one is Win2K3.
The VPN server also runs ISA. The ISA server is
configured as a caching-only DNS server with a stub zone
for our internal domain pointing to the internal DNS
server. I ran the VPN wizard from ISA and configured
RRAS.
The remote users can now connect to the VPN server and
also open a remote desktop connection to an internal
terminal server (by IP address).
They are not receiving DNS entries properly. When they
run an ipconfig /all, that have both the internal DNS
entries and our ISPs DNS entries. We only use our
internal DNS servers for internal name resolution. We
use the ISP servers for all others.

The problem seems to be that the ISP entries are listed
first so the VPN clients cannot resolve any local host
names. All the entries are correct, they are just in the
wrong order.
How can I change this order?

Solved my own problem.
The problem was with DHCP. The clients were receiving
the ISP DNS entries via DHCP. This was really unecessary
since our internal DNS servers are set to use the ISPs as
forwarders.
After removing the ISP entries from DHCP and renewing the
leases they are able to resolve all names.
