DNS poison on XP .

My xp returns the same ip 207.44.220.30 for several sites .
The ip is invalid(can't ping} . the dns cache is corrupted.
How to fix this ? ipconfig /flushdns does not clear the
cache. Here is ipconfig /displaydns
