I have just set active directory integated dns in my
organization. It is all one domain. I have remote sites in
differnt parts of the country. The problem is DNS at each
site only see's the address's of that site. Should each
dns server see all the addresses in the domain or is it
doing what it is supposed to do. My active directory
replicates fine.

All zones should have the same records in them, replication may not be
working as well as you think.
It sounds like the DNS island issue rearing it head.
