DNS Not Replicating

We are experiencing and issue where we don't believe that
DNS is replicating between the Primary and Secondary WIN2K
DNS Servers. How can we verify if this is working?

The simplest and most obvious way is to make a change in the primary copy and
monitor the secondary copy to see whether it appears. You should also read
the log on the server with the secondary copy. There should be complaints
therein if database replication fails.
