DNS Dropped Missing Entries

We are having a problem with DNS dropping entries from our AD directory. Any know issues here? These entries have been entered manually multple times and still come up missing over time. Any ideas

Suddenly, and randomly, several DNS entries are being erased. In short, one day they are there, the next
day they are not.
