DNS and DC IP address change question

After changing the IP addrewss of a DC, are there manual
steps for DNS to get updated with the new info? Will a
reboot update the records and AD info?

I'm trying to determine the recommended way to change a
DC IP address. It's a single DC and it is running DNS
for the small network.

Restart the Netlogon service, run ipconfig /flushdns and ipconfig
/registerdns
