DNS AD and Internet Namespace

I have a retarded question that's probably been killed
already, but.....
DO I have to make my future AD name something other that
my already existing Internet Namespace name? Like
corp.company.com, when company.com already exists?

If not, how is name resolution accomplished?

If so....well ok.

Thanks!!

You can make it the same if you wish. Many do. You just need to add any
public A records to it that inside users may need access too. If all your
public stuff is actually inside and being NAT'd, then you probably can use
the private IPs.
